While attending law school Tom Klug was an adjuster for a major U.S. insurance company. As such, he gained many years of experience in the investigation and evaluation of casualty property claims, the majority of which were bodily injuries resulting from auto accidents.  While conscientiously representing injured persons Mr. Klug’s services were sought by a well known insurance company to defend lawsuits filed in the District Courts and Circuit Courts of Maryland. This expansion of legal services into the area of defense attorney handling civil lawsuits allowed Tom Klug to gain a unique perspective as to how damage claims were evaluated and responded to by judges and jurors.
